Imagine being able to see the path that’s brought us to this moment.  It’s likely not a reach to say it hasn’t been a straight shot for many of us.  We’ve all had to figure it out on the fly, coming to forks where a decision was demanded.  The results of those decisions have all played a part in our “creation.”  Some were recognizably transformative, while most have passed our notice, subtly melding into the landscape.

The name for this practice - Subtle Pathways – arose, in part, from a personal recognition that the tracking of one’s life path is complex.  We didn’t become the person we are overnight and in turn, if we choose (or need) to make a change, it’s most likely going to take time to bring it about.

Each aspect of this practice represents a Subtle Pathway of sorts…

In Reflexology, the practitioner’s thumbs and fingers rhythmically press and release into the soft tissue of the feet – stirring myriad pathways for blood, neurons, and lymph to flow more easily – assisting the body in its ongoing mission to maintain homeostasis.

Yoga begins with the mind’s focused intent upon the details of a particular pose. The body moves. The lungs breathe. The muscles remember – all moving toward a forgotten harmony, as the body begins its return to an ideal alignment.

In the world of Herbs, the mere fragrance of lavender – or lemon balm – arising from a cup of tea, has potential to begin nudging the nervous system to an inexplicable calm.

All of these practices have played a vital role in my journey thus far – and I trust they can potentially assist any who recognize they’re not quite where they want to be – in mind, body, and/or spirit – and desire change.

Thank you for taking a moment to consider what is offered here.
